Old Gym - Gymnasium The Old Gym Gymnasium is available for use Monday-Friday from 4:30 p.m. - 7:00 a.m. and on weekends. Written permission from the Vice President of Academic Affairs (or designee) is needed at least 48 hours in advance for use of the Old Gym during weekday work hours (typically Monday - Friday between 7:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.). Some activities that may be damaging to the gymnasium floor may require special set-ups and at least 2 weeks notice is needed to make such arrangements.
